[HCM][Digital Agency] TMRW Vietnam_Accountant cum Admin

Role and Responsibilities:

• Uploading AR/AP/ banking
• Monitoring banking account
• Managing statutory reports
•  Managing GLs/ book closing
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
• Prepare financial statements, tax reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information as requested from management & auditing/tax liquidation purpose
• Handling Financial audit
• Conducting internal reports: cash plan/ forecast & project P&L reports
• Office management and administrative functions.
• HR functions including maintaining proper personnel records and keeping such information confidential.
• Coordinate and liaise with parent company for all finance and admin matters
• Other works assigned by Managing Director

Qualification:

•  3 -year experience in accounting, prefer in service/ trading company
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese. Able to work independently and self-motivated.
