[HCM] 01 Database Administrator (SAP Hana)

* Position Objective:
• Work as a liaison between business users and IT on business requirements of IT projects
• Project management on assigned projects to ensure the projects are finished on time, on budget
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Work with customer to assess database and consult customer to define data management strategy
• Define and implement data migration strategy
• Configure and manage SAP HANA database of SAP systems
• Define and implement data model, data view and database structure for projects based on SAP technology stack.
• Join pre-sale team to engage customer and define technical proposal related to SAP HANA database.
• Training new members in team.

* Financial and Non-Financial Measures:
• Timely completion of assigned tasks and projects
• No audit point relating to application matters

* Communication Requirements:
• Ability to communicate with customer by English or Japanese
• Ability to present solution to customer by English or Japanese
• Ability to present or training to team members

* Job qualifications
• University graduation in IT field is a plus
• Hand on experience in DBA for Oracle, MS SQL, DB2 is a plus
• Hand on experience in DBA for SAP HANA
• Hand on experience in database design, data modelling, database optimization.
• Have experience in SAP ECC, S/4 HANA is a plus
• Good at spoken and written in both Vietnamese and English
• Good teamwork skills
• Good Analytical skills
• Good appearance/presentation
