[HCM] - [Urgent] Digital Designer

Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients to determine the scope of a project
• Create images that identify a product or convey a message
• Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and websites
• Create designs either by hand or using computer software packages
• Select colors, images, text style, and layout
• Present the design to clients
• Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them

Requirements:
• Have a great skill & deep understanding of design principles, human centered design techniques and approaches. Including UX, UI, Responsive Design trends;
• Fluent in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign;
• Basic understanding of web technologies;
• Have a creative and conceptual approach to work;
• Experience leading large scale design projects. Drive those projects to the strongest possible solution.
• Comfortable passing your own knowledge on to junior team members
• Minimum 1 years of job-related experience
