*The role
Do you want to work in a dynamic team with great support and sales focus at a world leading education organisation?
We are looking for a results-oriented professional who enjoys new challenges to work in our education company. You need to have excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving Hanoi’s office including sales, marketing and operations. Key job responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
*Sales:
• Drive sales through BD, telesales and face-to-face interactions with potential customers (#1 priority)
• Sales management including support for closing sales within your team.
• Drive sales strategy, sales process and monitor product sales events
• Recruitment, training, sales coaching, performance management.
• Develop, execute, and meet short- and long-term sales goals.
• Execution of off- and online campaigns and large events, e.g., student fairs and competitions
• Overall responsibility for coordinating day-to-day sales activities.
• Identify and convert business opportunities
*Marketing:
• Plan and drive marketing activities through online and offline channel for Hanoi office
• Ensure EF brand is promoted accurately and professionally in any communications with actual and potential partners and customers
• Maintain an up-to-date and sound overview of EF products, programs and services to enable the provision of informed business development support to internal colleagues for sales purposes.
• Lead events, office events, school visits and presentations.
• Achieve KPIs and ensure the satisfaction of key partners
*Operations:
• Drive customer relationship management and retention program: Responsibility for building up new and maintain existing customer relationships and ensuring the provision of excellent customer service and support.
• Responsibility for the control and monitoring of budgets as well as ensuring effective expense planning and cost controls.
• Crisis management and complaint handling.
• Cooperation with our production
*Team Recruitment and Development:
• Recruitment for the sales team.
• Motivate; mentor and monitor sales staff efficiency.
• Growth sales staff and sales stars.
*And other tasks as required by the Country Manager.
