Mô tả công việc
- Prepare and analyze reports for regional sales Head including Sales Reports (Sales forecast, sales results, Sales activities (customer visiting, events, seminars,..) and other reports as requested
- Collect information from Sales Department and report to Regional Sales Head
- Announce decisions, action plan on behalf of Regional Sales Head to all Sales staffs
- Attend Sales meetings and take meeting minutes
- Assist Regional Sales Head in daily schedule, meetings and business trips
- Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Female, Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of working in related fields such as Personal Assistant/ Data analyst position
- Must be fluent in English
- Master in data analysis and Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power point
- Possess good analytical and organizational skills & keen on details
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Must be integrity and respect to confidentiality
- At least 2 years of working in related fields such as Personal Assistant/ Data analyst position
- Must be fluent in English
