[Hanoi] Games Mobile Tools Producer

As a Games Mobile Tools Producer, you will work closely with the Tools engineer to plan, build tools based on requirements from the LiveOps team. You will also be charged of daily communications to support any Tools issues reported by users and work with the team to prepare scripts if needed to fix Live issues from the game.

As a Tools Producer, you will be required to:
- Manage development teams for the live operation tools of the game
- Support the LiveOps team to resolve the game and tools issues
- Create general and detailed specifications
- Manage the team and deliveries
- Define the product pipeline and releases
- Prioritize feature improvements targeted at specific metrics improvement
- Help the team with any technical issues they may have
- Control the technical quality
- Plan the work with the team

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in development.
- Have programming knowledge in C#, Java or C++ is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience using versioning tools: SVN / GIT is an advantage.
- Strong command of English.
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and within a team.
- Great attitude and work ethic.
- Management experience on big scale projects is an advantage.
- Clear communication and report in English.
