Mô tả công việc
• The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring that the branch office is run in accordance with the directives given by the country MD.
• Responsible for the branch office’s operation performance and results, and ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Ensures that the office follows the directives and regulations that apply in the company
• Responsible for the daily leadership of the office, organizing the office, working conditions and division of work tasks
• Has the main responsibility for office sales, following sales routines
• Is a “Selling Manager” with own customers and sales targets
• Responsible for the growth and development of the office employees
• Responsible for the office’s turnover, profitability and budget issues
• Responsible for the office’s contracts with suppliers
• Ensure that production activity runs smoothly and have overview of all production issues, for example new routines and tools
• Maintain clear and regular communications to the office staff on issues affecting the office.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree, preferably in business or commerce, but not mandatory
• Proven sales record and experience
• Deep knowledge of customers, agents and sister offices, as well as familiarity with the financial aspects of the relevant local economy as well as international market conditions and trends.
• Deep knowledge in one of more of the international transportation and logistics industry, in export and import
• Fluent in English
• Good leadership abilities, good coach and motivator and ability to develop people and implement changes
• Ability to think tactically and strategically, can analyse situations both small and large
• Profitability and result-oriented and always looking for improvement in our business processes
• Ability to create commitment and give directions as well as set and follow up clear objectives
• Strong leadership skills with a proven interest in the development of people and the organisation
• Team oriented
• Proven sales record and experience
