[Hanoi and Da Nang] Junior Accountant

With the fruitful development of Gear Inc., we are looking for 1 Accountant to work in Danang and 1 Accountant to work in Hanoi. You will do both financial and management accounting work. The details work are as the followings:

- Input accounting data into the system (using Misa accounting software)
- Track and reconcile AR & AP, report customers’ payments
- Monitor, review and ensure billings to customers are performed timely and accurately
- Monitor accounts receivables aging and following up on long-overdue payment.
- Process payment to suppliers, petty cash and staff claims on a timely basis
- Prepare all periodic reports related to taxation (VAT, PIT, CIT and all other taxes etc.) and other reports to the government organization
- Liaise and deal with tax authorities, bankers
- Assure accounting activities and transactions recorded and reported in compliance with the tax law and accounting law
- Update for changes in tax regulations and the Vietnamese accounting system
- Making internal spreadsheets and reports for Directors
- Making profit and loss spreadsheets according to the aims of the Directors
- Other related tasks as requested by direct managers.

- Graduated university in Accounting/Auditing/Finance or related fields
- Must be able to work with native English speakers (reading/writing/listening/speaking)
- Knowledge of VAS and tax regulations
- Good skills in MS office, especially excel
- Having experiences in using Misa software is a plus
- Has a good knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations
- Be able to learn new things as a fast learner
