[Hanoi] Accountant

With the fruitful development of Gear Inc., we are looking for 1 Accountant to work in Hanoi. You will do both financial and management accounting work. The details work are as the followings:
* Input accounting data into the system (using Misa accounting software)
* Track and reconcile AR & AP, report customers’ payments
* Monitor, review and ensure billings to customers are performed timely and accurately
* Monitor accounts receivables aging and following up on long-overdue payment.
* Process payment to suppliers, petty cash and staff claims on a timely basis
* Prepare all periodic reports related to taxation (VAT, PIT, CIT and all other taxes etc.) and other reports to the government organization
* Liaise and deal with tax authorities, bankers
* Assure accounting activities and transactions recorded and reported in compliance with the tax law and accounting law
* Update for changes in tax regulations and the Vietnamese accounting system
* Making internal spreadsheets and reports for Directors
* Making profit and loss spreadsheets according to the aims of the Directors
* Other related tasks as requested by direct managers.

* Graduated university in Accounting/Auditing/Finance or related fields
* Must be able to work with native English speakers (reading/writing/listening/speaking)
* Knowledge of VAS and tax regulations
* Good skills in MS Office, especially excel
* Having experiences in using Misa software is a plus
* Have a good knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations
* Be able to learn new things as a fast learner
* Trustworthy, careful and organized
* Show initiative and has a strong work ethic
* Ability to work under pressure
