The main responsibility of this role is to create, develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across channels and devices.

This role is core to generating and driving demand and nurture strategy, optimizing the Marketing tools to execute, track, report and analyze to drive leads to new hires faster and easier and with high-quality traffic to ensure good conversions.

What is your daily basic:
- Creating the employer branding
- Managing the career website
- Creating and curating content
- Optimizing channel and advertising spend
- Building a talent network /talent community /microsites and Fanpages
- Converting leads into applicants
- Managing recruiting events
- Generating employee referrals
- Tracking, measuring and reporting on campaign results
- Managing recruitment marketing operations and technology

The skills you’ll need:
8 core nice-to-have of Senior Digital Marketing to make sure works together to create a foundation for growing business and employer branding: attracting prospects, nurturing relationships, and making offers that drive conversions.
