Mô tả công việc
1. Manage Depot Resources efficiently to ensure resources and cost are properly managed
· Balance resources in line with fluctuations in volumes;
· Ensure all resources are focused to achieve high quality service performance;
· Deploy, standardize, monitor and control the material resources required to execute the processes
· Explore opportunities to improve service level in the most cost efficient way;
· Ensure staff is trained identifying training needs and deploying training programs and people development strategies;
· Deploy communication and engagement programs.
· Budget and Forecast the resources and cost;
2. Governance of service performance & cost to ensure expenditures are monitored and controlled in an optimal way
· Ensure most effective operational tactical planning (Volumes, own/subcontracted resources and distribution model, seasonality);
· Use of standard tools and methods to ensure daily/weekly/monthly reporting, measuring and control of resources, activity service performance and cost;
· Cost, Service and Process disciplines control, deviation analysis and activation of corrective actions;
· Ensure continuous improvement and share best practices implementation;
· Initiate and Implement optimization programs to achieve efficient activities and targeting continuous improvement on incurred unit cost.
3. Standardize and Optimize Processes
· Execute the processes ensuring full compliance and standardization in the depot and its satellite depots
· Establish a customer-focused culture by implementing and managing initiatives and tools that aim to achieve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention

Yêu cầu ứng viên
· University certification or higher qualification;
· Over 5 years relevant experience in an operations environment such as Depot/Linehaul/PUD/Warehouse & Office/Customs, etc;
· At least five years people management experience, preferably gained from an Operations roles;
· Knowledge of optimization processes;
· Proven track record of continuous improvement;
· Ability to realize concept in a can-do mentality;
· Proven track of record with implementing complex improvement projects;
· Demonstrated skills in developing ideas and communicating them with success to stakeholders;
· Strong English language skills, tangible result orientation, analytical competency.
· Over 5 years relevant experience in an operations environment such as Depot/Linehaul/PUD/Warehouse & Office/Customs, etc;
