[Hà Nội] Recruitment Staff

1. Recruitment by assigned region / positions
- Keep track recruitment requirements by Human System
- Search, select and update suitable candidates. Build database of candidates, support Talent Mapping for recruitment.
- Preliminary interviews, select to provide the most suitable candidates for the second interview by the recruitment department. And participate interview with operation departments
- Summarize and update the recruitment results in a timely manner on the recruitment report software and directly to the higher level after each recruitment.
2. Participate in Recruitment / Human Resources projects
Participate in new projects of the recruitment team: Build employer mapping; Talent Mapping, JDs, ...
3. Other tasks
Other tasks assigned by managers: Developing recruitment channels, make periodic reports, analysis reports.

1. Education
University specialized in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource Management.
2. Experience
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment;
• Having experience in working in Logistics industry is an advantage.
3. Professional skill
Human resource management skills, understand Vietnamese labor law
4. Soft skills
• Fluent English communication
• Communication skills;
• Presentation skills;
• Time-setting and management skills;
• Skills to search and select candidates;
• Proficient in using MS Office, MS Outlook;
