[Hà Nội Office] Marketing Executive

• Plan, propose & execute creative & attractive events that bring benefits for Aeon Member, as well as media plan together according to company monthly/ yearly theme & sales strategy;
• Dealing with Event Agencies, Suppliers,… to execute supporting activities;
• Corporate with other functional departments, such as: MKT HQ, CS, Cashier, Operation, Accounting and Finance, Administration, VMD, to execute related jobs;
• Analyze the event’s result and prepare reports;
• Manage the activities and content of digital channels: Fanpage, Website, Zalo, Instagram & others;
• Responsible for creating and distributing content on digital channels, as well as design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals;
• Optimize engagement & effectiveness of digital channels based on delivered budget;
• Develop long-term & short-term communication plan according to company strategy;
• Develop plans for PR Articles, viral clips & image that ensure timeline & attract target audience;
• Co-operate & search for effective communication agencies to optimize delivered cost;
• Co-operate with third parties and other teams like VMD, to create high quality products to meet initial objectives;
• Maintain & develop relationship with personal & media organizations;
• Measure and report performance of each campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience:
- University graduated with the major of Marketing, PR or equivalent.
- Minimum 02 years of related experience, working in retail industry is an advantage.
