* Reports to: Managing Director
* General Purpose: To assist in the day to day administration and performance of the EPGA facility and assist the Managing Director with PA admin tasks
NOTE: For the purpose of this document, “GUEST” refers to ANY customer who visits EPGA
Essential Duties:
♦ Working closely with both the Operations manager and Managing Director on all aspects
♦ Ensure all guest service staff maintain a 5-star standard at all times
♦ Ensuring the facilities are maintained to 5-star standard at all times
♦ Working closely with all EPGA departments to ensure smooth operations for our guets
♦ Overseeing and directly responsible for the main guest services team, which consists of the following
♦ Reception desk
♦ Pro-Shop
♦ Guest Locker rooms
♦ Club house common areas
♦ Responsible for the above areas and their performance within the EPGA business
♦ Responsible for the training and discipline of guest service staff to EPGA standards
♦ Administration of the EPGA membership system
♦ Administration of the Lessons schedules in conjunction with the Teaching assistants and the teaching professionals
♦ Work in conjunction with the marketing team, to ensure we are promoting the EPGA services sufficiently and tracking of the effectiveness of any such promotions
♦ Directing the cleaning team on what is required within EPGA
♦ Assists as needed in the coordination of each tournament/event at EPGA in conjunction with other EPGA departments
♦ General reporting of the below directly to the MD as part as PA duties (but not limited)
♦ Lessons - Footfall - Daily revenues - Membership - Guest feedback - Events - Others as required
♦ Collecting feedback from guests and ensuring the follow up of any requests. Reporting the feedback directly to the MD and ensuing the correct measures are taken to improve the areas highlighted
♦ To assist in translating of golf lessons if required because of TA absence or directly requested by a teaching professional or Managing Director.
♦ Spend time talking to EPGA members/guests and visitors to the facility which will include walking onto the driving range and interacting with the guests.
♦ If our coaches are offering any FREE trial swing Analysis, then you must promote this to the golfers that are onsite using EPGA and encourage them to TRY before they BUY
♦ Advises the Operations, Guest services and Maintenance teams of future events in order to facilitate proper coordination of special set-up requirements and staffing levels.
♦ Actively promotes and sells the golf packages, events, membership and any services to the academy guests
♦ General PA duties, including Admin and reporting, and meeting requests and follow up.
♦ Ensure MD has all info required so that he can direct the business with the guests needs at front and centre
♦ Working closely with Managing Director as the PA to handle any issues and task that may be required to ensure a smooth operation.
♦ Have authority as given by the MD to direct EPGA TEAM members as required
♦ Any other tasks and duties as needed and required by Managing Director involving PA tasks
♦ Any other tasks and duties as needed and required by Managing Director involving Guest Services tasks
♦ The above is subject to revision at any time by the Managing Director, and any change will
