Mô tả công việc
1. Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
2. Do the process of check in/out for guest
3. Process all types of payment for guest and take responsibility
4. Answer, take a note of all guest requests & complaints and find the ways to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction
5. Coordinate with housekeeping, bell service, staff and manager to fulfill guest requirements
6. Daily report to supervisor, manager
7. Other tasks as FOM assigned

1. Male with1-2 year experience in the same relevant field is prefered
2. Good at English
3. Good service mind and problem solving skill
4. Ability of working shift
