WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Oversees all guest services operations, including front desk, welcomer, bellman and drivers.
• In charge directly transportation and tour services and revenue to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
• In charge in guest experiences by monitoring, analyzing and answering all the Trip Advisor and TrustYou reviews…, coordinate and work closely with other departments to maximize the guest’s experience.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
• Bachelor in Tourism Management/ Hospitality.
• At least 1 to 2 years' professional experience as supervisor or above positions in luxury hotels and resorts.
• Leadership, training & motivation skills. Service minded and guest Centric. Flexible and very good in problem solving skills. Attention to detail.
• Computer skills and experience in Opera system.
• Bachelor in Tourism Management/ Hospitality.
• At least 1 to 2 years' professional experience as supervisor or above positions in luxury hotels and resorts.
