Guest Experience Manager (Korean Speaking)

Reporting to the General Manager, your main mission will be developing strategies aligned with the Meliá Brand and ensuring to provide an excellent customer experiences through the resort product, Meliá concepts, and services.
You will create unforgettable experiences for our guests. You will also be responsible for promoting the continual improvement of quality results, standardization and customer services, thus contributing to the economic and quality results in Meliá Danang Beach Resort.

1. To create, transmit and provide sensorial experiences, unique, personalized and innovative sensations through the associates of every department which take part in the Hotel operations.
2. To emphasize guest a genuine service attitude in order to provide more added value to the brand attributes, to ensure the quality of the product which we offer both in terms of image and service.

- Proficiency in English, plus fluency in Korean;
- Minimum experiences of 2 years working in international Hotels/Resorts
- Proven work experiences in GEX, or Operations Departments.
- University diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant fields.
- Good knowledge of the office package, Opera.
- Knowledge of Customer experience tools will be highly valued (ReviewPro).
- Strong leadership and communications skills.
- Strategic vision, quality and professionalism, proactivity for excellence, strong communication and influence, analytical thinking, service orientation and teamwork.
