Mô tả công việc
- Focuses on guest satisfaction when identifying business improvement opportunities.
- Leads and develop a team of Guest Experience Champions within the hotel to infuse the guest experience centric culture and keep improving guest satisfaction to drive preferences.
- Represents the guests’ voice within the hotel; centralizes and analyzes all available guest feedbacks concerning hotel products and services.
- Manages responses to all guest feedbacks and performs root-cause analysis in each touchpoints, problem resolution & prevention plans, following-up on necessary actions and implementation.
- Fully masters guest satisfaction tools (VOG, Local Measure, Accor Customer Digital Card, ResaVision) to monitor and drive the Reputation Performance Score (RPS) as well as CompIndex.
- Deeply dives on Member’s experience and satisfaction and work closely with the loyalty activist.
- Performs the internal communication of Guest Experience related matters to all employees including performance, best practices implemented in other AccorHotels
- Conducts Guest Experience Management induction for new hires.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related areas
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel operations
- Problem solving and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Good management skills.
- Fluent English
