JOB OVERVIEW
Play a critical role in Pizza 4P’s success through understanding and consistently improving the guest experience and help to influence the business through guest research, identification of business trends and building of pilots and recommendations as well as create strong cross-functional partnerships that help to increase customer-centric business decision making, with the ultimate goal of delivering the highest level of guest experience and satisfaction
WHAT YOU‘LL DO
- Proactively listen to and partner with existing channels to Identify guest experience business trends, Build pilots to address, measure success and make recommendations;
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses that uncovers fact-based insights and measures results of pilots and rollouts;
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and restaurant management team and follow up to ensure customer concerns and complaints are resolved;
- Analyze customer feedback from different resources, online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings and customer experience;
- Collaborate and work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure Pizza 4P’s service and food meets standards of customer journey;
- Utilize customer data to analyze and interpret customer interactions to identify requirements and information useful to improving customer experience;
- Identify trends, competitive advantages, pain points and risks to help drive guest loyalty and retention;
- Develop and produce concise reports with insights and recommends actions;
- Plan, manage and supervise teams in the development, implementation and ongoing management of Customer Experience function within budget and timeframe.

ARE YOU OUR "FIT"?!
- BA degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field;
- 3-4 years of experience in Restaurant or customer Service environment;
- Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills;
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment;
- Proficiency in English;
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills;
- Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance;
- Ability to work flexible hours;
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.
