Guest Experience Host (Customer Service)

Our company manages a fast-growing collection of homestays and mini-hotels in Ho Chi Minh City.

We’re looking for an energetic, friendly and outgoing Guest Experience Associate.

The Guest Experience Host is the face of the company to the guests staying at our properties.
The host is responsible for greeting guests, helping them checkin and checkout, answering any questions they have about their stay, offering recommendations for things to do and see, and resolving any problems or issues they may have.

You will also work closely with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to make sure that the properties are spotless and in excellent condition. We want each guest experience to exceed expectations on every level.

This is what you will be doing:

- Checking in guests, including meeting them on arrival and helping to carry luggage if necessary
- Checking out guests, including meeting them on checkout and helping to carry luggage if necessary
- Communicating with guests on all platforms through various channels including Whatsapp, WeChat, Zalo, email, & phone
- Assisting guests with any issues or questions
- Other aspects of customer service as needed
- Checking on the condition of properties
- Department administrative duties
- Monthly reporting

Apart from taking care of guests’ needs, you will be responsible for light administrative duties such as recordkeeping and reporting.

Please note this is a FULL-TIME position.

- Minimum 1 years relevant experience (hotel, tourism, advertising, sales, marketing, customer service)
- University degree is preferred
- English fluency (written and spoken)
- Must have an outgoing, friendly, positive personality
- Must enjoy meeting guests from around the world
- Must have reliable transportation (you will drive to our various locations in and around District 1, Ho Chi Minh City)
- This position may require some work on the weekends and occasionally in the evening
