GTE Localize – Senior HR Executive - Salary Up to VND 15 Mil + Bonus

As a fast growing localization company, GTE Localize is now looking for a Senior HR Executive to work with us in our adorable office at Nguyen Luong Bang str., Dong Da dist., Hanoi.

Job Description
• Recruitment (70%)
- Manage company’s recruitment process: Post recruitment announcements, Screen/pre-select resumes, Schedule interviews, Collect employee documents and Generate offer letters.
- Headhunt candidates from diverse sources: VietnamWorks, Linkedin, Social network, etc. Proactively approach potential candidates to discuss and gain their interest.
- Seek out and recommend creative new ways of sourcing talents.
- Administrate Internship/Traineeship Program that engages and builds talent pipeline for the company.

• C&B (20%)
- Prepare labor contracts, manage employee list’s information.
- Monthly follow up the employees/expatriates/internships list to make the payroll/finalization timely and accurately.
- Follow up policies of company to make the payroll end of the year and explain employee’s questions.
- Work closely with Accounting/Finance team to prepare and collect payroll data including attendance sheet, overtime records and process payment to employees.

• People & Culture Management (10%)
- Create and conduct training whether applicable, including internal training program or cooperate with external training supplier.
- Daily communicate with all team members to build a bridge of truth to company’s policies and directions.
- Plan, manage and hold all internal & external events including team building and out-of-work activities.
- Cooperate with team leaders/line managers to plan and coordinate employee performance review.

• Minimum three (03) years of experience working at the same position.
• Comfortable in using English, both in written form and verbally, with the daily tasks.
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor code, PIT regulations, statutory insurance laws, and their application at work.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Base salary ranges from 10-15 mil/month + recruitment bonus. We expect the bonus to be 25-30% of your total package.
