Mô tả công việc
1. Overview and Objectives of the Position:
The GTE and Compliance Officer will be required to assist the Admissions and Compliance Manager in Application Processing and Genuine Temporary Entrant checks for the Navitas business units, with a view to ensure timely processing of quality applications while focusing on increased conversions.

• Admissions & Compliance Team

• Regional Manager
3. Principal Accountabilities:
Application Processing
• Act as the first and main point of contact for application processing and forward complete application pack to relevant Business Unit for processing, after ensuring that forms are complete and correct
Pre-screening
• Conduct pre-screening checks and interviews for all applications from all agents to ensure that only quality applications are processed.
Liaise with Colleges, Agents and Students
• Assist Colleges in obtaining any missing/additional documents from students and agents in order for offers/COE’s/CAS’s/LOA’s to be issued in a timely manner
• Conduct follow up calls to students, Business Units and agents
Record Keeping
• Maintain records of all applications processed by Navitas by agent and College
• Update the status for each student from the application submission to visa approval/refusal
Reporting
• Produce reports as and when required for Admissions and Compliance Manager in terms of application statistics and student updates
E-Marketing/Online enquiry management
• Respond to all online/website enquiries within 24 hours of receiving

• Fresh business graduate with approximately 2 to 3 years of work experience in customer services and compliance
• Demonstrate high level of customer service orientation
• High proficiency in verbal and written English
• High developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in an internationally diversified team
• Proven track record of high levels of time management
• Experience in managing compliance, ideally with regards to university admissions
• Demonstrate innovative thinking and proactive work habits including attention to details
• Demonstrate proven ability of record keeping, management and sophisticated reporting
