Department: Sale
Position Reporting To: GT Key Shop Manager
Job Responsibility
1. Channel management:
• Be responsible of Sale-through target for regional AVMP key shops
• Recruit & train the team of LSR to closely take care AVMP key shops in dedicated region
• Support manager to execute surveying, signing, pushing sales & following sales target to make sure target achievement
• Monitor Sales progress: sell in, sell out target achievement, Rebate control, ROI of each shop investment activities in dedicated region
2. Retail Management:
• Closely work with Retail team to look after AVMP-club regarding to Display share, IHS, display corner/island, AQUA display standard.
• Together with RSM, evaluate & select Best Key shop to run Roadshow, Shop Activation (Golden Week, Anniversary etc) to boost up sell out
• Run Co-marketing, Ranking Key Shop & Select "Pilot Shops" to copy for other key shops
• Recruit & Manage & Utilize Field Force: Local Sale Rep to maximize Sell through & sell out
• Use Training courses, Display program, POSM, Sales kick-off to gain IHS

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Performance Skills
1. Have experience of Sale / Retail Marketing at least 02 years
2. Excellent Office and English.
3. Have experience in Electrical Home Appliances and familiar with GT Channel is an advantage
4. Willing to go Biz. Trip frequently to support in occasion of Key shop events (ex: Roadshow, golden week…)
5. Good leadership & negotiation skill
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. GT channel Sale through achievement
2. LSR productivity
3. AVMP key shops in-house-share
4. Channel expansion
Professional Knowledge
1. Result oriented and quick response
2. Dare to face to different challenges and never give up
3. Logically and analytically minded
4. Easy-going characteristic, Persuasive, innovative
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
6. Excellent Inter-personal Skills
Leadership: Good skill of leadership
Experience: At least 02-yrs experiences of Sales / Retail marketing executive position
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or above
Additional Preferences: Male
