GSD Officer (01 Person)

The position shall be in-charge in establishing sewing labor standard time for all styles, analyze sewing construction and motion sequence using GSD codes to arrive the best sewing method with most efficient and accurate labor time standard.

1. Study garment construction base on Construction work sheet, paper pattern and develop sewing method during pre-costing.
2. Provide operational breakdown with detailed method analysis using GSD methodology.
3. Review garment sample and generate accurate labor standard minute value (SMV) in every style development phase for product costing and production planning.
4. Study and improve sewing method to optimize garment standard minute value (SMV).
5. Provide initial style line mapping and communicate the standard method to production.
6. Can be temporarily assigned to other areas as mandated by the immediate superior when need arises.
7. Comply with following management requirements:

- Observance of customer requirements
- Company Rules & Regulations
- Continuous Improvements

1. Must be a Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any related course
2. Must be high in analytical skills and problem solving.
3. Must be a license GSD practitioner.
4. Can work with less supervision.

WORKING RELATIONSHIP
Work closely and maintain cordial relationships at all times with all other departments’ personnel.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maintain strict confidence when working with confidential and proprietary information

- To be contributed Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance
- Working days: Monday to Friday, Saturday off
- The successful candidates will be working in a professional, dynamic, friendly environment.
