Role summary: GSC Planner is responsible for internal and external communication to promote the implementation of agreements signed by Pfizer (Thailand) Limited which respect to Vietnam market to ensure strict compliance with Pfizer’s policies, standards and Vietnam regulations
Role responsibility:
• Monitoring the implementation of agreements signed by Pfizer (Thailand) Limited with Vietnam based partners and provide requested and necessary information and timely reports to avoid disruptions
• Being the contact person/liaison point for between Pfizer (Thailand) Limited and partners in implementing the signed agreements and resolving discrepancies and issues incurred during the performance of agreements
• Communication and co-operation with Commercial
• Fulfilling of other tasks assigned by direct report manager
• Taking records on guarantee cases and special offers for reporting/monitoring purpose
• Taking part in monthly Demand meeting and S&OP meeting
• Submit frequent/periodical reports on matters under assigned duties and responsibilities
• Other reports requested by line manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 1-2 years’ experience in Supply chain/ Logistic/ Customer Relationship and Service management
• Well understanding of integrated supply and customer service concepts
• Good analytical abilities and excel
• Strong interpersonal and English communication skills.
