Growth Project Manager

***Position Summary:
The Position will work with Localization lead that is driven by a vision to "Drive Growth through project initiatives” of those we serve by making innovative and high-quality health and pharmacy services safe, affordable and easy to access. We need a self-driven individual with good communication and analysis skills to support New Product and Generic Business Initiatives, and potential add on other business.
At Growth project, the Growth project manager plays a leadership role in Business Problem Solving and has the ability to take ambiguous, complex business problems using research plus business assessment capabilities to define the problem, drive innovative ideas, define the requirements, and recommend actionable next steps. A successful Growth project manager will have techniques or acquire techniques skill.

***Responsibilities:
- To identify of company’s growth plan, include building Vietnam capability include optimization of all data sources, portfolios growth identification, infrastructure growth, geographically footprint expansion, cross functional needs within organization etc.
- To coordinate and execute growth programs or project management of growth projects includes short to long term to drive company growth
- To optimize the revenue funnel include provide customer insight, prioritizing growth initiatives and product changes.
- Play a leadership role in business problem solving; leads or performs current state analysis to assist in the definition of new concepts.
- Work in conjunction with regional team and external agencies to ensure project scope management.
- Drive innovative technology solutions aligned with Company's business strategies.
- Act as a steward of the requirements and be responsible for ensuring the requirements are comprehensive, clear, testable, well documented and maintained.
- Assist the other country planning effort for any sized project; within a given effort.

***Education:
A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in IT, IS, Engineering, Business, Commerce, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience required. MS or MBA preferred.

***Required Qualifications:
Self-driven individual with the following:
- Graduate Bachelor of Science or MBA is more preference
- Preferred practical work experience in a Project management and Business Analyst role or directly mentoring Business Analysts
- Preferred the experience working in and/or leading dynamic cross-competency teams using a structured project methodology
- Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders (such as customers, project management, and technical staff)
- Organizational skills, to work in a fast-paced environment, on multiple projects and tasks concurrently, while also working with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information
- Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, assess risk, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements

***Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of demonstrated practical work experience in a project management role
- Business Analyst experience in the Healthcare industry
- Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical/Healthcare IT experience is a strong plus
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio)
