/ SUMMARY /
The Growth Marketing Executive is responsible for providing support in the various lifecycle marketing missions.
/ RESPONSIBILITIES /
Responsibilities towards Dep 365:
• Design engagement and retention strategies and create appropriate content for each channel (Social, Email, SMS, Push…)
• Use marketing automation platform to implement those strategies
• Monitor Traffic, SEO and user engagement on a weekly basis
• Suggest optimizations to optimize the UX
• Suggest new features for the content platform
• Support / drive marketing campaigns (paid and organic) taking a data-driven approach
• Collaborate and coordinate various teams: IT, Creative, Content and Sales
Responsibilities within Phibious:
• Join the digital division of Phibious
• Prepare proposal and answer Performance & Growth Marketing Briefs
• Manage acquisition campaigns for the agency clients (using Facebook ads, Google ads, Local networks…) from proposal to reporting

Yêu cầu ứng viên
/ QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS /
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications and/or Advertising)
• 2 to 3 years’ experience working in a digital agency or managing digital marketing activities for a brand
• Experience in managing content platforms preferred
• Full understanding of Performance marketing and Data Driven strategies
• Previous experience using Martech platforms (CRM, Marketing automation, CDP, DMP…) is a plus
• Previous experience with Ecommerce is a plus
• Vietnamese National, must be fluent in English. Having worked in an International environment is a plus
• Good communication skills, open minded, paying attention to details
/ REPORTS TO /
General Manager, Content & Digital Services
/ OTHER TERMS /
Working Time: Total working hours is not less than 42.5 hours per week and daily working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:30pm with a 1 hour break for lunch.
Working Place: Company Office located at 11bis Nguyen Gia Thieu Street, 7th Floor, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
