Growth Marketer

To operate our platform, we aim at building a strong network of construction and home interior professionals. As a Growth Marketer for Professionals, you will be responsible for creating and ensuring an influx of professional profiles. You will work closely with the Growth Manager and you will play an important role in the creation of LEROY MERLIN Vietnam end-to-end solution:
● Analyze your target and define a relevant acquisition strategy
○ Understand the market of construction and interior services
○ Realize interviews of professionals to capture insights on your core target
○ Define a growth acquisition strategy, using both online and offline channels
● Plan and execute
○ Write commercial pitches and processes
○ Convince industry players (building management offices, mom & pop shops, …) to sign strategic partnership
○ Leverage on network effects to grow our professional network
○ Plan digital marketing acquisition actions
○ Design creative ways to acquire leads through the web
○ Use street marketing to improve brand awareness
● Analyze, optimize, scale
○ Keep track of all the results and optimize your actions
○ Industrialize the proven growth channels

● Experience and hard skills:
○ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with proven track record
○ Bachelor/MBA degree in Marketing, Communication, and/or Business Administration
○ Business development experience both online and offline
○ Ability to identify and track relevant KPIs
○ Ability to lead digital marketing actions
○ Familiar with the use of a CRM, and knowledge on marketing tools (SMS, e-mails, …)
● Soft skills
○ Desire and motivation to work in a start-up environment
○ Entrepreneurial spirit: creativity, perseverance, high involvement and self-management
○ Excellent interpersonal, verbal & writing communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
● Would be considered as key advantages :
○ Experience in a marketplace or a platform business
