Growth Marketer

Kholab is a boutique growth agency servicing clients abroad as well as locally. We pride ourselves in delivery world-class creative and growth consulting services that enable our clients to grow their market and build a loyal customer base. Being a new company, we are looking for an experienced growth marketer who is self-driven and multi-skilled. You will be encouraged to bring new ideas to our projects and be given responsibility for driving growth for our clients and internal projects.

We are seeking a growth marketer with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience to support driving the growth for our clients and internal projects with various customer dealings. The candidate should be presentable while experienced highly in communicating promptly and timely with various driven strategy methods. The position’s primary responsibility will be to work directly with the product development team and assist with any requests.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Strategize and implement marketing and advertising campaigns with a strong digital focus
• Adwords, GDN and Facebook business manager
• Generating leads from social media platforms
• Social media management and planning
• CRM and Marketing Automation
• Create a growth plan, explain why you created that plan, understand our buyers execute the plan and measure it with analytics
• You are comfortable being a product marketer and a brand marketer. You can also help assist closing deals if needed
• The company may have you perform other duties from time to time at their discretion

Skills / Qualifications:

College degree qualification in any related field, preferably communications, marketing or business
• 2+ years of experience working in any marketing or digital marketing service-oriented role at previous company
• Confident, fashionable and outgoing courteous personality
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Flexibility and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Copywriting in Vietnamese. English is a bonus
• Proficient in computer skills such as Word, Excel, Outlook
• Good organizational skills of numbers and documentation
• Can work under pressure to meet tight deadlines when due
• Build a strong understanding of our brand portfolio to be able to make and maintain conversations about them

• Design or video editing skills
• Design and deploy landing pages
• Confident presenter and speaker
• Work well with others
• Google Adwords
• Knowledge in any other language
• A passion for sport, reading, or extra-curricular activities is highly encouraged
• Open to trying new things while being flexible and creative
