Growth Manager

Objective
- Achieve target business results for multiple product lines as assigned

Responsibilities:
- Develop an overall growth strategy and plan to achieve key business results for assigned product lines
- Lead the execution of major projects and overall activities, including (but not limited to) marketing activities (Digital, PR, social, OOH), promotion programs, product feedback & optimization (working with Technology center)
- Collaborate with other business units and departments to understand and together drive the achievement of their business targets
- Lead and coach the execution team, including marketing and growth specialists

- Strong experience in marketing, product development, data analytics, or market research
- Strong understanding of user-centricity concepts
- Demonstrated enthusiasm with technology products
- Results-driven and able to deliver results under high pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to details and excellent executional capabilities
