Mô tả công việc
Key responsibilities:
• Plan and execute trade marketing strategy for the group to lead the branding and revenue growth in every individual hospital
• Be responsible for top line growth & profitability of portfolio with set budgets objectives
• Work with senior management and hospital COOs/ Trade Marketing Managers to identify growth opportunities and new area of business or new trade channels for revenue growth
• Be responsible for building and enhancing a high momentum environment both group and every individual hospital by leading, inspiring and motivating sales teams. Staff training and coaching. Sales training roadmap and program
• Be responsible for building and maintaining strong strategic relationship with partners for cobranding, events and trade activities for revenue growth and branding increase
Key performance indicators:
• Sales revenue
• Sales growth, market share and brand awareness
• Alignment to strategic business goals
Reporting to Groups Sales & Marketing Director

Key requirements:
• Bachelor degree as minimum
• Previous experiences in healthcare or health insurance is preferred, but not essential
• Experiences in trade marketing or marketing with strong digital experiences
• At least 5 years experiences at management level
Working location:
• Hoan My Medical Office; 11Fl, 180-192 Nguyen Cong Tru St, Nguyen Thai Binh Wd, Dist 1, HCMC
Working time:
• Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
• Bachelor degree as minimum
• Previous experiences in healthcare or health insurance is preferred, but not essential
• Experiences in trade marketing or marketing with strong digital experiences
