- Supporting and improving all tax returns and reporting processes – Sample reviews tax returns (payroll and personnel related tax matters) for accuracy, consistency and presentation; manages the overall process required; Monitors, controls and supports CGV Group HR/ BU HR (being dotted-line reported) for payroll and personnel tax risk within the reporting cycle; bridges between CGV Group Tax and CGV Group HR/ BU HR on payroll and personnel tax compliance matters on behalf of CGV Group Head of Tax
- Resolving tax audits and disputes to pursue our settlement goals – supports CGV Group HR/BU HR (being dotted-line reported) to deal with enquiries from tax authorities; resolves tax audits most favorably to CGV businesses and report to CGV Group Head of Tax on contentious issues; bridges between CGV Group Tax and CGV Group HR/ BU HR on payroll and personnel tax compliance matters on behalf of CGV Group Head of Tax.
- Reseaching, interpreting and applying tax laws to CGV businesses (personnel related tax matters) – researches, interprets and applies tax law to ensure CGV businesses correctly identifies its normal operational tax liabilities; accurately identifies its tax compliance risks; on behalf of CGV Group Head of Tax, acts as central point of expertise with CGV businesses on payroll and personnel compliance issues; trains and coaches CGV Group HR/BU HR on tax compliance regulatory matters.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 7 years experience in tax career in multiple business environments Intensive experience on payroll and personnel related tax compliance and tax audit either with consulting firms or as in-house expert is a must
- Extensive tax experience and industry practice on payroll and personnel tax matters
- Team leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication skills, both within the local business, with shareholders, customers and other third parties
- Demonstrate awareness and responsiveness to cultural challenges
- The ability to represent powerfully to the business, other functions and tax authorities
- Excellent corporate conscience
- Act both as a Functional Leader and Business Leader
- Ensuring the business is conducted in accordance with expected Group governance
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese
- University qualification on finance, banking, accounting, management
- Profesional qualification such as ACCA, CPAs
- Extensive tax experience and industry practice on payroll and personnel tax matters
