Hoan My is recruiting an experienced Group Sales Management Manager to join its Sales & Marketing team to lead the sales function of the hospital group as we expand our business. The Group Sales Management Manager will be a key member of the team that will develop and execute on the sales strategy of the group, as we build out a new sales function across both the HQ and each hospital
The role provides an ideal opportunity to make a direct and meaningful contribution to the healthcare sector in Vietnam.
Start date: As soon as possible
Languages: Vietnamese, Excellent written and verbal English
Reporting: Group Sales & Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Group Sales & Marketing Director, the ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a sales management position:
• Be responsible for executing sales strategy for the group to lead the business growth in every individual hospital. This include development of sales policies, staff training and development, development & implementation of sales activity management.
• Be responsible for top line growth & profitability of portforlio with set budget objectives
• Work with senior management and hospital COOs/Sales Manager to identify growth opportunities and new areas of business or new sales channels
• Work closely with Business Development team & marketing team to support the growth initiatives in both new idea of business or pricing strategy
• Be responsible for sales staff recruiting, coaching, mentoring and talent development
• Be responsible for building and enhancing a high momentum environment in both group and every individual hospital by leading, inspiring and motivating sales teams
• Be responsible for building & maintaining strong strategic relationship with key partners such as private health insurer & broker, social health insurance and corporations, other associations
• Be responsible for closely competitor watching to have in time right action for business growth
• Business analysis to oversee the sales trend and spot out any key issues for immediate solution from group level to individual hospital level

• Strong interpersonal skills – good communicator & negogiator
• Strong leadership – can inspire high levels of performance and commitment from the sales team.
• Strategic planning skills with practical hands-on execution ability
• Good written skills and ability to present to both superior and subordinate teams
• A good business sense and understands business operations
• Be knowledgable about or capable to learn fast the heathcare sector and industry
• Proven ability to work effectively in a political environment and establish effective working relationships with department heads and management, both at HQ and hospitals
• Be experienced in budget management in both topline and bottom line
• Be a true team player with “can-do” spirit
• Hard working and Result oriented
• Integrity, fairness & transparency
• Minimum of 10 years work experience in sales with proven sales records
• Leadership/management experience
• Bachelor Degree as minimum
• Previous experience in healthcare or health insurance is preferred, but not essential
