Mô tả công việc
- Take on the administrative responsibilities of the F&B Group operations and management.
- Coordinate with F&B representatives (F&B Manager, Executive Chefs) in all properties to implement consistent and successful F&B concepts (menus setting, collateral…)
- Coordinate with corporate/property’s F&B suppliers/partners under Group F&B Manager’s guidelines
- Assist to implement corporate F&B standards, policies and procedures to ensure that the F&B division is operating in line with the corporate manual.
- Coordinate with People Development function to monitor and maintain F&B training systems to all properties.
- Support the Group F&B Manager in any matter.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A degree of hospitality management or tourism is required or equivalent experience in the hospitality industry (in F&B).
- Speaking English is required, and Vietnamese is preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Sound administrative ability
- Strong organizational skills
- Professional training skills and knowledge of F&B working practices and principles in a 5-star hospitality setting
