We need you as a Group Controller to oversee and coordinate the Financial Functions of the subsidiaries, prepare complete and accurate Financial Reporting for the Group and to perform analysis to support effective decision making. You will report to the Group CFO.
The ideal candidate will have excellent command of the English language, hands-on experience of accounting, controlling and group reporting from and International Group as well as experience and good understanding of systems support for financial processes.
Your daily tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Issue timely and complete financial statements for the group
• Analyzing and tracking of profitability of Projects, Functions, Consultants etc.
• Manage the production of the annual budget for the group
• Oversee the accounting operations of Subsidiaries
• Oversee the billing function for the Group
• Oversee tax and regulatory/compliance issues
• Contributing to continuous improvements of financial processes and systems support

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Language: Excellent command of English language in writing, speaking and comprehension.
• Qualifications: University degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics or corresponding knowledge. Desirable to have completed certifications from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA Australia).
• Required experience: Advanced experience of reporting and controlling tasks with foreign-invested company. Experience in IT industry is a plus.
• Job essentials:
- Experience and knowledge of controlling, accounting, budgeting and reporting
- Ability to collect data from different sources to produce reports, perform analysis and suggest actions for increased performance.
- Understanding of country-specific financial legislation
- Ability to work in a structured and organized way
- Capability to communicate in a clear way and build relationships
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Accountable and careful. Proactive, initiative and realistic.
- Advanced experience of MS Excel.
• Last but not least: You must be willing to take on the responsibility across all tasks and be able to deliver timely financial reports. A willingness to be hands on with all aspects of financial and management information systems is a must.
