The Group Contracting Manager will play a key role at ICS Travel Group to generate growth through the purchase of accommodation at the best value and availabilities. She/he will coach Contracting Managers in each country to manage their products; in parallel, she/he will leverage technology in order to achieve seamless connectivity to drive production.
1. Set ICS contracting strategy to promote growth through best value for money and allotments
2. Lead the transition from static to dynamic rates
3. Supervise completion of tasks managed by Countries Contracting Manager
4. Develop a kickback strategy for other ICS products

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Technology literate
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Previous experience in contracting / management role
• Good knowledge of the hospitality market in South East Asia
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Leadership skills
• Excellent Communication and Coaching skills
• Availability to travel
