Mô tả công việc
The Group Center Manager is responsible for leading, inspiring and managing a team of about 50 Education Consultants (ECs) and Customer Service Officers (CSOs) from 5-7 centers to meet the Centre targets. This role will report to Regional General Director on all sales performances and initiatives and operation matters.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management
• Responsible for leading and managing centers to execute strategic and tactical sales/ retention plan to meet their individual and the overall Centre’s revenue target.
• Responsible for setting sales targets and KPIs for each ECs/CSOs to maximize motivation and success.
• Monitor progress of sales and KPI achievements of the ECs/CSOs. Pro-actively detect any impending risk in sales target achievement. Follow through with development and execution of tactical plans to bridge gap identified.
• Regularly review and maintain an optimum and effective mix of ECs/CSOs.
• Pro-actively foster a collaborative environment and nurture teamwork and strong partnership amongst the Center Managers (CMs) & ECs/CSOs team and the various functions in the Centre.
• Support CMs by pro-actively sharing and involving him/her in the loop of development in the sales strategy and initiatives.
2. Local Marketing
• Overall responsible for marketing activities and sales plan to meet and exceed targets for lead & conversion rates
• Responsible for driving local leads to center
• Responsible for new center's launching target
• Responsible for brand awareness at local level
• Local MKT research and update
• Manage key partners to assure smooth implementation of partnerships and a good relationship
• Support in analyzing competitors and frequently update the competitive landscape
3. Human Resources Management
• Build and maintain a conducive and engaging environment to attract, retain and develop CMs and ECs/CSOs in the Centers. Inspire and motivate the team through leading by example.
• Identify and manage ECs/CSOs performing below expectations. Develop specific correction plans to coach and help these ECs/CSOs back on track. Be prepared to performance manage consistently low performing ECs/CSOs.
• Lead and drive sales skills and product training and development agenda to ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to meet respective revenue targets.
• Ensure regular communication with the various functions in the Head Office (Finance, Sales, Services, HR, etc) to provide feedback for improvement or fine tune strategies, execution and support required to meet sales targets.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University Degree
• With a minimum of 5 years sales management experience in managing a team of between 50 to 100 direct sales persons.
• Experience in marketing
• Effectively bilingual in English and Vietnam.
