I. GENERAL INFOMATION

II. JOB SUMMARY
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for developing strategies for Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category to satisfy with the target of Fujimart supermarkets
2. Responsible for implementation of KPI's include Revenue / Gross Profit / BAS / Inventory turnover ofGrocery, Daily, Confectionary Category
3. Manage supply chains of Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category
4. Responsible for developing the plan and implementing promotions forGrocery, Daily, Confectionary Category of Fujimartsupermarkets
5. Build the lay-out / planogram for Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category
6. Support developing procedures for operating Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category at the store
7. Support setting up the training programs on professional knowledge for staffs of operating Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category


III. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for developing strategies for Grocery, Daily, Confectionary to satisfy with the target of Fujimart supermarkets
- Build the product structure of Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category
- Build the product standard to make customers satisfy with food safety and freshness
- Evaluate operational efficiency ofGrocery, Daily, Confectionary Category and propose solutions for upgrading, repairing and dissolving problems ofGrocery, Daily, Confectionary Category and setting upnew starategy for new stores.
2. Responsible for implementation of KPI's include Revenue / Gross Profit / BAS / Inventory turnoverof Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category
- Organize and coordinate to implement of business targets (KPIs) of the General Manager of Merchandizing Department.
- Responsible for periodic reports (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly) related to business indicators
- Direct and inspect the contracts, the business plans and submit them to the General Manager of Merchandizing Departmentor or the authorized person for approval.
- Planning and negotiating Trade agreements with the suppliers according to the objectives of the General Manager of Merchandizing Departmentapproved annually.
3. Manage supply chains of Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category
- Searching and selecting reputable, qualified suppliers of Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category to meet the needs of business model of Fujimart supermarket
- Supervise the supply chain of suppliers arccording to the signed contract
- Organize and supervise shipping order of Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category and supply chains
- Set up transportation plan and submit the the General Manager of Merchandizing Department
4. Chairing the promotion programsof Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category at Fujimart supermarkets
- Chairing and discussing with suppliers about the promotion programsof Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category at Fujimart supermarkets
- research and identify the marketing programs, PR, advertising,…for Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category to improve business efficiency, develop and create brand positioning high in the market
- Building the promotion programs to ensure quality and quantity according to the plan that was approved by General Manager of Merchandizing Department.
5. Build the lay-out / planogram for Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category
- Set up layout / planogram for Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category at store according to company rules
- Discussing with chiefs at thestore to solve the problem about goods, debt, payment…
6. Support developing procedures for operating the fresh foods,delica and bakery category at the store
- Support developing procedures for operating Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category including: ordering, receiving, canceling process, return process, solving customer complaints process, inventory process,…..

7. Support setting up the training programs on professional knowledge for staffs of operating Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category
- Support setting the training on professional skills for staffs and empoyees of Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category

8. Other duties:
- Participate and coordinate with other departments in the Company to achieve the Company‘s goal
- Coordinate to do other work according to the direction of theGeneral Manager of Merchandizing Department

1. Level of education: University or college
2. Specialty: Economy
3. Certificate: Not required
4. Experience:Expert of Supermarkets (Especially for Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category )≥ 2~3 working years

5. Knowledge:
- Understand the line of business, market, industry, products of the company.
- Understand the law regulation about sales contract, sales of goods
- Understand retail business, supermarket business
- Understand the market of Grocery, Daily, Confectionary Category
- Communicate in English
6. Skills
