Graphic Designer (Pharma Division - HCM)

We are looking for a talented Graphics Designer to create artworks for Pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean yet creative artworks for packaging, brochures and other product and event collaterals.
Since the designs are for Pharmaceutical purposes, candidates need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design following brand guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Be a project leader for Packaging-renewal projects: schedule projects timeline, execute aligned ideas and define budget constraints (if any).
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Brief and lead creative agency to produce a final design.
• Test graphics across various media.
• Create medical materials (graphical abstracts, table of contents graphics, info graphics, etc.) based on client requirements.
• Work with in-house team to plan, create, and produce marketing communication and promotional materials to implement business development strategies.
• Develop compelling, creative medical materials concepts to engage target audience.
• Demonstrate excellent design and typography skills in print and digital.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required.

• Proven graphic designing experience.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skill & teamwork skill.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
