We’re looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and enjoys working with a small team to create meaningful digital experiences, all the while supported by our coders and back end developers who will build it- if it can be imagined. You’re A Fit If…
• You are an art lover, working knowledge of web design and printing;
• You previously designed something cool and amazing;
• Can articulate UX design decisions;
• Like A / B testing and improving e-commerce funnels;
• Help for UI / UX design & development with .Net team;
• Solve design & UI errors with .Net team for completing project;
• You love to design for people;
• You embrace change and are eager to learn and grow;
• You are organized and manage your time well;
• You think in, out and around the box to solve problems;
• You are a good communicator and collaborator;
• You are willing to go the extra mile.

You Must…
• Work with Adobe Creative suite;
• Be a designer of everything digital (websites, newsletters, banners, posters, etc.) with razor-sharp design skills and a portfolio to prove it;
• Proficient in various design techniques such as wireframing, sketching, prototyping, development of UI assets
• Strong visual design skills from concept to pixel perfect screen mockups
• Believe content and users inform design and interaction;
• Understand the interplay of design and development and have an appreciation for user experience;
• Have a working knowledge of responsive design principles.

It Would Be Nice If You Have…
• Working Knowledge of Analytics / and A/B Testing;
• Experience with, or exposure to, HTML/CSS/JavaScript;
• Been directly involved in designing mobile and/or responsive websites;
• Familiarity with customizing social media channels;
• Professional certifications and/or educational degrees.
