PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver design/artworks solutions with high visual impact to meet the client needs and expectation in terms of corporate communication and corporate identity.
MAJOR TASKS
1. Be responsible for creating offline Marketing material and hotel requested creative collateral for Hospitality brand properties (Victoria Hotel & Resorts, EMM Hotels & Resorts, L’Azalee Cruises, Emeraude Cruise, Spice Viet Restaurant,...)
• Discuss and contribute ideas to develop concept
• Come up with design concepts for a variety of print marketing collaterals such as advertisements, brochure, posters, leaflet, standee, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, events, corporate communications
• Present options and finalise ideas and concepts to the team
• Execute design job
2. Be responsible to guarantee the consistency in image usage and brand identity of Hospitality brand throughout all creative artwork
3. Be responsible for providing technical advice & support to Purchasing team in production phase, including material selection, printing, color and quality checking
4. Be flexible in supporting for other sister brands under TMG Hospitality when assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate, Bachelor degree in designing is preferred
• Strong graphic design skill, especially in graphic tools (Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop)
• Preferred minimum of 5 year-experience in Marketing and Communications
• Good photography knowledge and skill is preferred
• Experience in printing and production is a plus
• Video editing skill is an advantage
• Diligence and enthusiasm
• Creative flair
• Strong visual sense
• High attention to details
• English (enough for simple verbal and written communications)
• Good organisational skill
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
• Ability to present and explain ideas to colleagues
• Flexible and able to work with uncertainties and changing priorities
• Ability to meet tight deadline
