Graphic Designer

Objective

Hospitality Management and Development Group (3 resorts, 3 restaurants, new projects opening in 2019) is currently seeking an experienced graphic designer/web developer who could take over all the tasks related to Graphic Design, ranging from print, web design,presentation, collaterals, to online.

Scope of work
Potential candidate should be passionate about bringing creative ideas to life, comfortable working in a fast-pace environment, and always looking for creative, fast and original solutions.
You will have to Interact with the group or property management team to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned campaigns and projects. You will be responsible for creating compelling creative, artwork and layouts across every medium include, but not limited to, print and interactive/digital.

Key responsibilities
• Design in a style consistent with our brand voice, ensuring flawless execution while maintaining the vision and tone of each brand that belongs to the group or specific campaign. Responds proactively to challenges and remains focused on finding solutions for a successful end result.
• Collaborate openly and effectively with relevant stakeholders in conceptualizing and executing effective original content work across a variety of mediums.
• Take initiative to move projects along according to schedule.
• Visual identity and brand standards development
• Print design including menus, brochures and sell sheets, corporate presentations, advertisements, business cards, etc.
• Website and interactive media design - Wix, Wordpress

• Degree holder in related filed from a recognized institution
• Min. 1 year of experience working in professional design setting
• Proven portfolio
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Create Suite, especially: In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Media production and webdesign knowledge is a must
• Ability to produce creative designs across multiple media platforms including animations and infographics
• Passion for design, interest in newest trends
• Good knowledge of English
• Self-motivation, time-management and ability to work on a few projects for different properties at the same time
