Mô tả công việc
• Participate in concept development, drive design from concept through market execution.
• Job’s expected deliverable: Key visual for big campaign, graphic visual for digital (Website, social post, banner, infographic…), layout for PR (print-ads & magazine), graphic visual for offline channel (banner / standee / backdrop / POSM…), UX/UI, storyboard
• Collaborate with team to ensure designs are aligned with the overall creative direction and the strategic guidance
• Develop visual materials as required for effective presentations and participate in the decision process.
• Ensure all elements are properly prepared and meet the requirements of brand design manual.
• Understand commercial marketing, product lines, market segment issues and customer types to be able to recommend customer-focused solution.
• Support brand manager to manage the design process and creative outputs to meet budgets and timelines.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Education: from Colleague degree or above
• Background: Prefer in advertising agencies, Branding & Design agencies, Digital agencies or experienced freelancer
• Language: Native speaker, fluency in Mandarin or English is an advance.
• Experience: At least 1 year practical experience in graphic design with application.
• Knowledge: Adobe Design apps (Ps, Ai, Id…), Graphic, layout & Branding Design, have knowledge in Digital Design (web, online banner, UX/UI)
• Communication: Good communication skills in the cross-cultural and cross-departmental co-ordination context.
• Personality: Organized and detail-oriented; Driven, timing, self-motivated and passion, an off-beat perspective and the courage to look at challenges from unusual angles
