{Internship/ Part time}
* Communication (40%):
- In charge of newsletter, standee, backdrop, announcements design & internal events monthly.
- Internal and external communication.
* Training (30%):
- Manage and build up training policy, training budget, logistic & tuition providers.
- Collect and analyse TNA before and after each course.
* Recruitment (30%)
- Coordinate company’s recruitment process.
- Administrate Internship/Trainee-ship Program that engages and builds talent pipeline for the company.
- Build up candidates data upon on business needs
- Provide adequate HR information for new employees via on-boarding program
- Share teamwork and other projects as assigned
