Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant

Where looking for a gun designer to join our team to play a key role in developing the brand and helping syndicate our content across our channels.

We are a high performing fintech marketing company who need excellent support for our CMO in our office in Binh Thanh.

Supporting the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll be at the heart of design for our business. An important cog in the marketing wheel, you’ll be expected to be involved at all levels from concept design to producing finished assets to assisting with marketing campaigns and social media.

Your skills include being able to command compelling conversations, a hunger for helping people understand new technology and you’re tech-savvy.

Skills that would get you ahead in this role include being highly proficient in design applications like Sketch, Adobe suite etc but also cloud based applications including GSuite, Slack and Zoom as well as others. You will also be across a range of messaging apps including Signal, WhatsApp, WeChat and more.

Excellent written and spoken English are essential as you may be dealing with inbound and outbound marketing communications. You’ll need to be able to manage projects, make suggestions for improvements and take the initiative and just getting things done, sometimes with limited instruction.

A very high level of attention to detail, flexibility, a driven friendly attitude and your desire to be part of a winning team will make you a fit for this role.

To begin with your responsibilities will include:
Designing resources including pitch decks, slide presentations, banners, merchandise etc
Developing brand guidelines
Maintaining an asset library
Publishing social media content
Syndicating content across multiple channels
Coordination of other marketing administrative tasks

Skills required
Excellent working knowledge of design tools including Sketch, Figma & Adobe Suite
Excellent spoken and written English
Highly organised and constantly looking to be more effective
Video editing skills would be a bonus (Adobe Premiere, plus possibly Audition & After Effects)

To begin with you will start on a two-month trial in our office in Binh Thanh.
