Graphic Designer & Event Supporter/ Coordinator

Based at : Hanoi/Vietnam
Reports to : Marketing Manager

* Job Purpose Summary:
Increasing NVL customer satisfaction and return rate through supporting the Marketing Department in optimizing and implementing more effective marketing activities.

* Key Responsibilities:
A. Graphic Designer:
- Design all material of leaflet, brochure, catalogue, poster, standee, banner ...
- Design Online banner for Facebook /website and banner for Print ads.
- Designing and managing corporate brand identity system, support Dealers to strictly follow brand guidelines.
- Monitor and manage the print quality of advertising forms and items, ensure compliance with the approved design.

B. Event Supporter/Coordinator:
- Work with creative agency to develop Key visual and adapt to different materials of Product launch, Events, Showroom decoration materials.
- Work with event agencies to execute events (test drive, launch, road show...) under guidance from Marketing Manager.
- Support dealers to execute dealer events & marketing activities.

* Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A. Graphic Designer:
- At least 3 years experiences of working as a graphic designer with strong graphic design skills.
- Extensive experience in various design tools (Ai, Photoshop, In Design, …).

B. Event Supporter/Coordinator:
- Hardworking, proactive, result – oriented with an positive outlook.
- Good team work and ability to work under high pressure.
- Willing to travel.
- Good at English.

- 13 months salary per year,Performance bonus;
