Vietnam Investments Group is seeking a potential candidate for Graphic Designer, working for VIG's project - a next-generation marketing and payment platform that connects market-leading brands with consumers through a simple-to-use, fully integrated and data-driven coalition loyalty program. The detail job descriptions are as below:

Role & Responsibility of the Creative Brand team:

The Creative team is a critical arm within the Marketing team and extended functionalities to support the Product Development team in terms of UI/UX development to ensure the customer experience is at its fullest.
As part of this team, you will be working with progressive thinkers from all other departments and external partner agencies, to uphold creative excellence across the Marketing landscape. Your goal is to deliver a holistic experience for our end-users and define the future of our brand using beautiful design, creativity, strategic thinking, and strong intuition.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the design and development of effective communication and brand campaigns, including marketing landing pages, digital creatives, and customer experience design. You will partner with the CopyWriter to create effective campaigns.

The day-to-day activities:

- Help to drive aesthetic excellence true to the brand
- Cultivate the craft of design and art direction in brand building
- Execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver solid user experiences
- Report directly to Creative Head
- Understand standard creative production costs and value to make the best decision for any production work in the creative department

The must-haves:

- At least a Diploma in Graphic Design/Art/Multimedia Design or equivalent
- Competent with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, G Suite, After Effect, InDesign or its equivalent
- Good command of the English language
- A good portfolio of well art-directed brand building and design work
- Knowledge of design and technology trends
- Experience working for a reputable advertising or digital agency is preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to generate creative ideas strategically
- Digital experience is an advantage
