I. PURPOSE
- This 18-month-length program aim to develop young Engineers and get them ready for the middle manager positions in Manufacturing
II. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Engineer: Contribute to the successful execution of the projects by delivering technical expertise and project management capabilities.
- Process Engineer: Monitor & improve processes in order to maintain or enhance Quality, Health, Safety, Security Environment, Service & Cost level.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Fresh Graduate Student of Bachelor degree or with Maximum One Year Experience
- All Engineering backgrounds (electrical, mechanical, chemical, automation, industrial…)
- Clear career interested in Manufacturing and Engineering
- Possible to travel across countries and provinces in Vietnam
- Exhibit high initiative & Leadership in student organizations/ extracurricular activities
- Proficiency in English with international accent
- Showing excellent personal quality in continuous learning, analytical thinking, teamwork & achievement orientation; bright & creative minds & up for challenges
- All Engineering backgrounds (electrical, mechanical, chemical, automation, industrial…)
