Government Policy Executive (Prefer Legal Knowledgment and State Agecies working Experiences)

- Update documentary software of incoming & outgoing Official Letters (OL) in North provinces
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly regular reports to North DICs in time
- Prepare correspondence, adhoc reports to DICs in North provinces in time
- Prepare reports, attend meetings about Inspection, Audit at Vietnamobile office and other North provinces
- Attend meetings about new, revised laws and regulations; telecoms activity summary, etc in the State Agencies in North provinces
- Prepare reports, attend meetings about Telecoms Service Quality Audit yearly in North provinces
- Responsible for Public Affair (PA) legal and regulatory fields
- Translate all OL, documents to submit to Board of Management
- Distribute yearly wish list in the State Agencies in North provinces
- Support other departments in Passive Telecommunication Infrastructure Master Plan implementation in North provinces
- Other duties and tasks are assigned according to the production and business demand of the Company

Qualifications & Experience
 University degree with major in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Technology, Society.
 2-3 years experience in working with the State Agencies.
 Can go on business and work under high pressure.

Knowledge and Skills
 Good interpersonal and time managerial skills
 Hard-working, good team player, supportive, proactive, initiative and reliable
 Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, PPT, Excel)
 Own communications dealing skills

Language
 Good communication skill in Vietnamese
