Golf Manager

This position is responsible for the overall management of the Golf operations department. The Golf Manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable handling of golf operation & Front Desk operations (including golf shop) in a managerial capacity. The Golf Manager is responsible for overseeing golf operations to a five star service standard, works with the General Manager to develop the policies and objectives of the golf shop's programs and implements, administers and maintains those programs. Duties may also involve the coordination of membership and marketing, tournaments and special events. The Golf Manager ensures that the policies and objectives of the company are implemented, administered and maintained and ensures that high standards of quality are maintained and profitability is consistently achieved. The Golf Manager reports to the General Manager.

- At least 01 year experience at the same position or 2 year experience at position Assistant Golf Operation Manager or Front Office Manager
- Good communication skill when interacting with others
- Problem solving, motivating, organizational & training abilities
- Strong leadership skills in managing team
- Teamwork skill and able to work under high pressure
- Good administration skills including writing, making report & presentation skill
- Good business acumen and full understanding of financial reports and budgetary requirements
- Retail experience
